If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our digital services or commissioning bespoke garments from our atelier.

2. Bespoke Orders & Custom Tailoring

At Viella Boutique, our collections embody artisanal craft, handwoven textiles (including pure Banarasi silk, Kanchipuram weaves, and authentic Kerala Kasavu), and intricate handcrafted zardosi, cutdana, and pearl embroideries.

• Custom Measurements: Bespoke garments are meticulously handcrafted according to the specific measurements provided by the client during online consultations or in-store atelier fittings.
• Color & Weave Variations: As our collections utilize authentic hand-dyed silks and artisanal handlooms, slight variations in weave texture and hue are intrinsic hallmarks of luxury craftsmanship.
• Production Timeline: Made-to-measure couture typically requires 15 to 30 business days depending on hand-embroidery density. Timelines are confirmed upon order confirmation.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Secure Payments

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. International currencies are calculated based on real-time foreign exchange rates.

We accept secure transactions via credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Net Banking, UPI, and international payment gateways. Your payment information is encrypted with bank-grade 256-bit SSL technology.

4. Shipping, Insured Transit & Delivery

We ship across Kerala, all Indian states, and internationally to over 50 destinations worldwide. Every shipment is fully insured throughout transit.

• Domestic Shipping (India): Complimentary standard delivery on select luxury purchases. Express courier transit typically takes 2–5 business days post-dispatch.
• International Shipping: Dispatched via trusted global couriers (DHL / FedEx Express). Customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance charges levied by the destination country remain the responsibility of the recipient.
• Tracking: An insured tracking number is emailed immediately upon dispatch.

5. Return, Exchange & Alterations Policy

Because our garments are created with exquisite artisanal care:

• Ready-to-Wear: Eligible for exchange or boutique credit within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, boutique seals, and packaging intact.
• Custom Couture & Made-to-Order: Garments crafted or tailored to personal specifications cannot be returned for cash refund. However, Viella Boutique provides complimentary fit adjustments and alterations within 14 days of receipt.
• Damaged / Incorrect Items: In the rare event of transit damage or shipment discrepancy, please notify our concierge within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All visual assets, garment designs, photographs, typography, logos, and editorial content on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Viella Boutique and protected by copyright, trademark, and design patents. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial redistribution, or copying of our silhouettes is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any transactions concluded with Viella Boutique shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
